To complete your exchange, we require a receipt for proof of purchase. We will accept exchanges on a case by case basis within 7 days of tracking stating delivered, for exchange of the same item only. We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. We reserve the right to decline an exchange request if there is no just cause.
